What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. In the case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded provided you submit a full video recording of opening the sealed package through to the end, with no cuts, filters, or editing. The proof should be sent via Instagram DM within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the proof is submitted after 24 hours, maccessories.in will under no circumstances process a refund. Please check the product page or policy for specifics. A product unboxing video is mandatory.
