SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver to all and any postal address across India.
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the complete postal address with the correct PIN code.
We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
All shipments to Colleges, Schools, or Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the warden or recipient refuses to accept your package, maccessories.store will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account.
For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention it in the “gift message” box when placing the order. If no delivery date is mentioned, the order will be delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please note: Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses (for example, when the address and PIN code do not match). The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties or fees — not maccessories.store.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges.
In case of an incomplete address provided by the customer, nothing can be done unless either party receives the package.
If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address, maccessories.store will under no circumstance be responsible and no refund will be initiated.
SHIPMENT AND TRACKING DETAILS
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order as soon as the items are handed over to the courier.
This email will contain the tracking number, courier company details, and the expected delivery date.
Note: Once dispatched, M Accessories will provide the tracking details. After shipping, maccessories.store will not be responsible for delays, damages, or losses as we do not have control over courier company operations.
TIME TO DISPATCH
The time to dispatch mentioned on our website against each item is indicative and approximate.
Sometimes, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur.
No refund, return, replacement, or exchange will be entertained for this reason.
In normal circumstances, dispatch time is 2–3 days, and shipping is completed within 7–10 days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on the area PIN code and weather conditions.
Some PIN codes may take longer than usual.
